I doubt anyone will see this site at the stage it is at now. I just installed WordPress 2.6 to be the official blogging system of this site. This site, as well as 3 others will soon (shooting for October 1st) feature a detailed review of the most popular parking site developers and companies. I’m talking about parking scripts and hosted solutions. This site will break down every possible aspect of at least 8 different companies. More on this later…

So, after hearing about the prices that sex.com and many other sites sold for, I was interested. One day my friend and I were browsing ebay and saw many domains selling for ridiculous prices. My friend bought a few domains, and I helped create them. Later I bought a few domains, and then some more, and then just had to have a few more great names I found. Well, it kept growing. Before I knew it, I owned over 100 domains. With the first 10 or so domains, I had some great ideas on how to develop them, and had hopes of making some extra cash. Well, as the domains grew, I soon realized that it would take many years to develop all the domains I owned. I didn’t want the domains to just sit, so I started looking at my options.

As many of you have realized, it’s not as easy as setting up a domain and moving on to the next project. I have been a domain owner since 1996, and have been through scenarios that many of you might one day face. I have owned domains that hit it big (stats to come soon), but did not capitalize on it. I have had domains that I thought would rake in traffic, but had very little visitors. I have tried blogs, RSS feeds, as well as just opening up “free for all” forums. I’ve experimented with several ways to make $ money off of domains, and decided that no single answer exists.

After realizing I would not have time to develop 100+ sites like I wanted, I decided parking them would be the best option. The idea of letting them sit while I earn some money intrigued me. I spent over 2 months researching, emailing, and reading many many webpage’s that did simple reviews of “Parking Sites”. I’m sure many of you have read the same reviews, that’s why you are here.

Well, this site will be different, very different.

I’ll be spending the next couple of weeks getting the site and my ideas ready for the crazy plan that sits in my head.

I guarantee you that this site will answer many questions you have. If you have many domains, and no time to spend on them, this site is for you. If you own only a few sites and want to park them, this site is for you. If you are looking for the best way to earn money for your domain, this site is for you. If you are looking to make yourself rich off of your sites with no work, this site is NOT for you. No matter what, just buying a domain will not make you rich. Many steps are needed to start the cash flow, and many more are needed to make your site a success. I hope to clear up and eliminate some of those steps for you with this site.

Best of luck, the work begins now. Go try to find good domains now; you’ll see that most are already taken. You’ll also notice that quite a few of the sites are just sitting, doing nothing…
